I have just received some photos from Sierra Leone after my “man on the ground”, Mohamed collected a shipment of 350 items of Oxford United kit which left the UK in late July.

There were 6 complete team strips, which will be distributed to local youth teams and the remainder of the consignment will be sold by Mohamed who I have set up in business running

“The unofficial Oxford United Club shop” in Freetown. He doesn’t have any premise, but operates from his house and is very well known in several communities in the Freetown area.

Once again, I must express my sincere thanks to everyone at Oxford United for helping me to “Make A Real Difference” to Mohamed and community members in Freetown.
