I recently had a request from Banbury International School in Waterloo to support the girls in the Junior Secondary School which started earlier this year. The cost of sanitary pads is very expensive and a lot of girls, who cannot afford to buy them, miss classes during their menstrual cycle. This equates to them missing 25% of their education.
Just £6 a year “Makes A Real Difference” as it means that a girl can attend classes during her menstrual cycle and that improves her access to regular education. The photo below shows that the girls appreciate our support.
