Back in 2015 the Good News Pentecostal School renamed itself the Banbury International Community School in recognition of all the support it had received from supporters in Banbury. This included Brethertons solicitors who sponsored the building of a 2 classroom extension at the school.

At Christmas Brethertons decided not to buy corporate gifts for their clients but instead donate the money so they could build a toilet in Sierra Leone. Having started additional classes for Junior Secondary children, in another 2 classroom extension built last year, we decided that additional toilets for these children would be of great value.

Brethertons donation would fund a single toilet but ideally we needed to build a 3 cubicle block. I am pleased to announce that further sponsorship has been forthcoming from Banbury Heating Supplies which means we are able to proceed with the construction of the block. The additional Good News is that we will also install a basic water harvesting system and a handwash station.
