Exactly a month ago work began to build 2 new classrooms at Banbury International Community School and the progress is far beyond what I could ever have expected, especially as EVERYTHING is done manually!!
The building is up, the roof is on, the ceilings and windows have all been installed, all the rendering is finished and all that is left to do is to hard core and concrete the floors, paint everywhere, make and install the blackboards and complete the making of all the desk and bench sets.
The initial aim was to have everything complete before the rainy season but it now looks as though the classrooms will be in use by Easter!! What a novel concept – a building complete ahead of schedule !
These classrooms will soon be “Making A Real Difference” for the School Community.
