To us washing our hands is so easy but in Sierra Leone when there is no mains water this everyday task is not so easy. At the recently built toilet block at Westminster Community Secondary School we have just completed the installation of a water harvesting system complete with a handwash station. It may be basic, but it will improve sanitation for the children at the school.
